Base strength
Build controlled rows, push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats and hollow-body positions before chasing advanced shapes.

OWN YOUR BODY
Calisthenics turns relative strength into control. Progress comes from precise positions, scalable leverage and patient connective-tissue adaptation.
Enter the system ↓01 / THE FOUNDATION
Build controlled rows, push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats and hollow-body positions before chasing advanced shapes.
Change body angle, assistance, range or tempo so each step is difficult but repeatable.
Warm wrists, shoulders and scapulae. Tendons adapt more slowly than enthusiasm.
Own each stage before advancing.
02 / THE PROTOCOL
Use the same sequence until good decisions become easier to reproduce under pressure.
Practise handstand, support or planche progressions while fresh and far from failure.
Use low-to-moderate rep sets of the progression you can control.
Add easier assistance work to build muscle and reinforce positions.
Film key sets. Position quality is difficult to judge only by feeling.

FIELD CHECKLIST
01Can I own the easier progression?
02Are shoulders and wrists prepared?
03Is the line clean on video?
04Can I repeat the rep without momentum?
05Do I need assistance rather than failure?
FAILURE PATTERNS
×Jumping from beginner work to elite skills
×Grinding ugly reps
×Ignoring scapular control
×Testing maximums every session
