Stance and feet
Balance, distance and angle begin on the floor. Hands cannot repair feet that constantly cross or square.

COMPOSURE UNDER PRESSURE
Boxing combines footwork, timing, defence, coordination and conditioning. The objective is clean decision-making under pressure — not careless damage.
Enter the system ↓01 / THE FOUNDATION
Balance, distance and angle begin on the floor. Hands cannot repair feet that constantly cross or square.
Return the hand, move the head responsibly and exit at an angle. Every combination needs a safe ending.
Tension wastes energy and slows reactions. Breathe sharply on punches and relax between actions.
Stop when form turns into chaos.
02 / THE PROTOCOL
Use the same sequence until good decisions become easier to reproduce under pressure.
Practise stance, steps, jab and defence slowly enough to feel errors.
Repeat one combination with one defensive exit until it is smooth.
Use controlled rounds on bag or pads without allowing fatigue to erase technique.
Technical sparring requires a qualified coach, appropriate equipment and partners who respect control.
